I’m picky about checkout processes because I don’t like wasting time or dealing with weird payment issues, but this one was easy. My payment went through quickly, no problems popped up, and I had access to my course right away. Straightforward experience overall

Support did help me get my login issue fixed, so I’ll give them that 100%. But it definitely took longer than I expected, like, no question, it was slower than it needed to be. Overall it was fine, not amazing, not terrible, just okay.

I used learn2serve for my food handler course, it was a really smooth experience. The site was easy to use, payment was quick, and my certificate came through exactly like it was supposed to. Everything felt secure and straightforward, which I really appreciated. No weird issues at all, I’d definitely use them again!

I signed up for learn2serve and then realized quickly that I needed to cancel. I figured there’d be some obvious button or account setting for it, but I couldn’t really find it, or maybe it was buried somewhere. I ended up having to reach out to support instead, which was just... not what I wanted to deal with.
The refund did come through eventually, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up before anything really seemed to move. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, just annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t use them again

"I used Learn2Serve for my food handler course..."
I used Learn2Serve for my food handler course, and it was easy to get through. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job without making me feel like I was trapped in some boring nonsense maze.
English isn’t my first language, so I really appreciated that the wording was simple and there were language options. That made the whole thing way less stressful, especially because some training sites act like they’re written by a robot with a stick up its butt.
A few parts were still a little confusing, and some translations could definitely be clearer, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I passed fine in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Knocked Out What I Needed for Work"
I had to take this course for my job and to satisfy my state requirement, so I was mostly just hoping it wouldn’t be a nightmare. Thankfully, it was super easy to follow, and I got through it without any problems at all. The certificate popped up right after I finished, which my manager accepted with zero fuss. It’s not the fanciest thing on the planet, but it absolutely did the job.

"Identity check was super easy"
I had to go through the identity verification it was way easier than I thought it’d be. It only took a few minutes, didn’t run into any weird glitches, and I was able to jump right back into the course after. Smooth overall

"The discount really helped, really helped"
I needed a food safety course and ended up finding learn2serve had a discount going, which made a big difference. The total was cheaper than I thought it would be, and checking out was simple. The course worked fine for what I needed too. I’m just glad I didn’t have to pay full price, really glad

"Way too expensive for basically nothing"
I couldn’t believe the price for what you actually get. I opened it and immediately felt like I’d been personally betrayed by my wallet. It’s not terrible, but for the money? Absolutely not worth it.

I took the course because I needed it for work, and my certificate was accepted with no issues at all. No problems, no problems. The site was okay overall, though it did run a little slow in a few spots.

I liked the interactive parts a lot, they made it feel way less boring than just sitting through slides. Some sections did drag a bit, but overall it was Good.

The course itself was decent overall, but wow, the final exam felt so much harder than the practice material. I felt frustrated and stressed trying to get through it, especially because I didn’t feel fully prepared based on what we practiced. Passing was a relief, but it definitely wasn’t an easy experience...

"Decent course, but the audio and video could be better"
The course was fine overall and I was able to get through it, but the video quality did feel a little dated. A few sections looked blurry, and in some lessons the audio got quiet or sounded muffled, so I had to rewind and replay parts to catch everything. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make the experience a bit less smooth. I still learned what I needed to, but I came away feeling like the course would be much better with a few updates

"Clear and easy to get through"
I thought the course was clear overall, and I didn’t really feel lost while going through it. The sections were split up in a way that made sense, and the examples helped me actually understand the rules instead of just reading through them.
A few parts did feel a bit repetitive, but i can see why they did that because it probably helped the information stick better. Since it was easy to follow and not overly confusing, I feel like 4 stars is fair

"Ugh, so frustrating on my phone"
I tried taking the course on my phone and got annoyed fast. It kept freezing, and half the time the buttons wouldn’t even work. I just gave up because it was way too frustrating on mobile.

I’m definitely not an expert, and I haven’t tried every single feature yet, but I was able to figure out the basics quickly. Didn’t feel stressful or confusing, which was a nice surprise.

I had to email learn2serve.com with a question about my course, i was expecting it to take longer. They didn’t reply instantly, so I was a little impatient at first, but they did get back to me sooner than I thought.
The response was clear enough and helped me keep going, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m giving 4 stars because there was still a bit of a wait, but overall, it worked out fine...

"Certificate took way too long"
The course itself was fine, but getting the certificate took a lot longer than I expected. I needed it for work, so I kept having to check back, and that part was weird because I figured it would be straightforward. Support did respond, but overall it still felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t recommend it if you need your certificate quickly.
